I’ve always liked fixing things, that’s why Site Reliability Engineering felt like home from the start. Over the years, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of software development: building backend and frontend systems, creating cloud deployment pipelines, and managing end-to-end observability for production services. I’ve been woken up in the middle of the night when systems broke,and just as often when the alerting itself was broken. Those experiences pushed me to focus on building reliable, resilient workflows that teams can trust.
